Withdrawals:  You can withdraw up to $400 a day at any ATM.

The UPside Visa Card: A Prepaid Credit Card Review

The UPside service and UPside prepaid card are operated by Plastyc Inc, based in New York, NY. The UPside Visa Prepaid Card is issued by Metabank in Sioux Falls, SD.  The card service is described as "a money management service that comes with an UPside Visa Prepaid Card and an online virtual check book."   Here are the features and advantages:

Account Management:  You can monitor your account online or through text and email alerts.  UPside also has spending thresholds in place to promote financial responsibility.

I received one of these cards as a birthday gift and I have had no major problems with it. The Paypower Visa is available online at www.paypower.com.  Here are the features and advantages:
